Cancellation & Refund Policy
No Refunds: All sales are final. We do not provide refunds for any orders once placed, regardless of circumstances.
No Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled after they are placed as processing begins immediately.
Replacement Conditions: Replacement is only available if:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
The customer provides full photo/video recordings of the package unboxing and delivery, without edits or cuts, and all necessary documentation.
The issue is reported to our Customer Service team within 48 hours of delivery.
Our team verifies and approves the provided proof after analysis. If approved, a replacement will be arranged within 5–7 business days (subject to stock availability).
Claims made after 24 hours or without complete proof will be rejected.
Products with manufacturer warranties should be taken up directly with the manufacturer.
